I started coaching because I care about helping people feel capable and alive in their own bodies again. My goal is to guide you toward moving better, feeling stronger, and getting back to the version of yourself that feels energized and confident. I focus on restoring proper movement and building lasting habits that make daily life easier and more enjoyable. Every person I work with has their own story, and I take the time to listen and understand before making a plan. My role is simply to help you move forward-to feel younger, healthier, and more at home in your body again.
